I understand the hotel has its policies, but the staff’s responses (the operator and night manager) came across as quite strict and not service-minded. I didn’t feel a sincere effort to help. Hotel was like a small apartment than a hotel with small kitchenette, room lights were way too bright which gave off hospital vibes.
