Spent a night here at the end of a trip arriving on train, departing by plane. It's right by Roma Termini so very convenient. Stayed in a double room, it was clean and comfortable. Check in process was straight forward. The immediate area isn't the nicest being right by the train station but it's still close to a lot of the big sites. Would definitely stay again.

We were able to walk everywhere and there was a grocery store and nice restaurants close by. The room was very clean and comfortable. Antonella was very helpful with the check in information. Decent spot to stay near the train station where good options are somewhat limited. The check in (although several steps) was VERY well explained and worked like a charm. Biggest issue was some minor cleanliness in the washroom which could easily be addressed with some standard cleaning products. Overall though, I would recommend for a short stay.
