Fantastic apartment with everything you need and a lovely little breakfast included. Very warm rooms with adjustable wall heating banks. Great hot water. Excellent shower and very compact bathroom with towel heater. TV in Kitchen and Bedroom. Great storage unit between the two rooms and excellent cooking condiments included. We cooked up a storm, watched a movie, walked everywhere and were supported by a great staff. Thanks to Marie and all the gang. We wish it were longer!

Whilst the accommodation was modern, comfortable and spacious what stood out was the customer service. The entire team were very helpful in answering questions about what to do, where to eat and also very attentive to the details like what hiking equipment was needed after some fresh snow. I actually left my wall charger in the room and I messaged the property thinking I'd never see it again as I had only realised it when I reached El Calafate. The staff found it and promised to send it to me by bus and wouldn't charge me anything. It eventually reunited with it and I'm full of gratitude.

Fantastic apartment. They provide breakfast to the apartment the previous evening which means you are free to get up early and head out trekking early. The apartments have everything you need, they are clean and quiet which was important to us. The people on reception are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and will assist any way they can. Absolutely gorgeous, well appointed apartment, does not feel like you are in a remote place like El Chalten, Two bedroom good for 4 people, even five as 1 bed is king bed. The hiking is just the best, and I've been hiking for decades.

Excellent property! The hotel is just at the start of the trail for hiking. 5 minute walk to the Main Street. The town is so small you can get everywhere on feet. The staff at hotel was exceptional! Beyond helpful and accommodating! Rooms were clean and have everything you need. Wifi works great. Only downside is no Air conditioning but this is coming in El Chalten. The windows open and provide a nice breeze. We originally booked here because almost everything was sold out. So glad we did because we were more than happy with our stay! El Chalten has been our favourite part of Argentina!
