Good Stay. Rooms are very small as is standard in Japan. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful although probably not well educated in the systems to be able to fully help with the information we looked for. Breakfast was very minimal. Beds a little on the hard side.

EBISUHOLIC was a wonderful spot to stay in for our three nights in Ebisu The staff were all very professional and helpful with checking in and setting up our luggage transport. The breakfast was also pretty top notch! You can’t get better location - well worth touring around Ebisu and neighboring Nakameguro

Easy and quick check-in, cozy room on the 11th floor with a surprise view of Mt. Fuji! Amazing bathtub and complimentary bath salts made our stay extra relaxing. My partner and I wanted a more residential experience in Tokyo and Ebisu was perfect. It was a quiet neighborhood that was super accessible to anywhere we wanted to go. Skip the breakfast.

Lovely room, well appointed, helpful staff. The only hiccup is the breakfast which some days did not seem fresh but re-heated. There is an effort to provide a range of foods but not sure how the food is sourced in terms of its proximity to a kitchen. But overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

It’s a nice boutique hotel. Free light breakfast was appreciated. It’s close to subway. I would prefer to stay closer to downtown area as taxi can get very expensive. My taxi fares cost from Haneda airport to this hotel was about ¥11.000 (about $70 USD). Convenient location with grocery market and restaurants. There was a good Chinese restaurant 2 blocks away.

Great spot for going around Tokyo
Great spot in Ebisu, about 10 minute walk from train station. The staff was super nice and accommodating; we were able to store our bags both before checking in and after checking out. The room was comfortable but a little smaller than the pictures showed on the website. The shower was really nice and it was nice sleeping in a king size bed instead of two split singles. Lots of great restaurants in the area and quick hop on the train to get to lots of other popular areas in Tokyo.

Very modern, clean and well maintained. The buffet was very good. Wide variety of items. Fresh fruit, pastries, soup, salad, bacon, sausage, duck and baked chicken. Very close to the Ebisu station. Takes a little effort to walk up the steep street. Overall a good and would stay here again.

Great location, very convenient for all the modern Tokyo stuff and super well connected for museums, temples, and various areas you might want to explore. Comfortable, well sized room. Loved the amenities bar, as well as all the toiletries in the room. The breakfast is not the best but as a light bite to eat it’s fine. Free drinks and snacks all day!
