The parking needs to be closer. I had my 1yr old granddaughter. I saw later that there was valet but I did not see that sooner. The check-in process took upward of 20 minutes. I had only one towel in my room, when requested a new one/more I had to come down stairs and was given ONE. There were roaches in my room. And the room smelled awful. I’ve never stayed at an IHG hotel, and will never stay at one ever again. I checked out and will be doing the rest of my business trip at a Marriott property.
