I am born and raised in this area I needed a room for a night for an event. This property had a great price great location great amenities for the price. If property manager will spend one to two days I'm cleaning up landscaping. Invest in some mosquito balls look up online. This would be the perfect little spot. My only two complaints there's so much potential if landscaping was done once a month to every few months and window Shaker AC units that literally point at the head of the bed need to be changed or beds need to be placed in different directions my room had an AC window unit 3 ft away from the head of the bed and all night long the noise and temper changes were unbearable other than that perfect perfect don't put the head of the bed three free from the air conditioner

The property is abandoned and disgusting. The room wreaked of mildew and was very moldy. It is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at and I would recommend it be condemned and the department of health go there to shut them down asap. People were smoking weed and not sure of what other drugs were being consumed in the hallways of the property.

Well where do I start? I used to start at this property every week before it changed ownership. First reservation under new owner- I was not ever able to access my room and had to go home and sleep there instead (all the way back to Naples). There are no staff on site, they never respond, the place is very dirty and the neighborhood there is very dangerous. The new manager contacted me to try to bribe me into giving a 5 star review anyways and offered a voucher. I didn’t oblige and he never intended on actually giving the voucher. They have also added a new extra $100 fee per stay since changing owners. So let’s see… more expensive, less responsive to the point you might not even gain access to your room at all, dirty, dangerous, no support?? Yeahhh. There are myriad better options in the area. Don’t say you weren’t warned!

Such a nice location..the property has such amazing potential but is not cared for. The outdoor areas are totally unkempt..a true shame as the plantings & property were clearly once amazing. Outdoor trash cans overflowing for days. No onsite management or property maintenance. Truly a shame. Amazing location...great potential....wake up owners!!!
