The location is fantastic. You need to go up to the third floor for the hotel lobby. Fortunately they have an elevator. It’s congested as your right in the heartbeat of the city. The main attractions, parks and shopping is literally across the street. It’s a little hazardous attempting to cross the road as there are no real sidewalks

I felt unsafe during our 1 night stay as there is no safety lock on the door. The room has a fake window. Ventilation is poor. The bathroom shows some black spots which maybe toxic moulds. The hotel is very outdated for a modern city like Baguio. I didn't get good value for my money due to uncleanness of the room. The hotel is located in close proximity to the jeepney stand.

Staff was friendly and accommodating but the room was terrible. No mat in the bathroom it’s dangerous for seniors. Only 2 towels which are old and worn out. No coffee maker, hair dryer, even glass for water. The closets smells and the ceiling got all cracked. Location is okay but I would rather stay in some places further but with better accommodation.😭

We stay here frequently... this is a great location close to Burnham Park and the Orchidarium. The Premier double room has a wonderful city view. I accidentally booked our room for the wrong date, but the front desk kindly fixed the error. My only real complaint is that you cannot use a debit or credit card at the front desk; those transactions must be paid online.
