Great Hidden Gem - Superb Hotel & People

Have stayed here many times and always return as the people are so helpful and very friendly. It is a pleasure to stay here. The spa is great too if you have had a long day and last time I paid it was around ÂŁ10 they have a pool outdoors, jacuzzis, steam room and sauna. Beer and wine selection is superb and the food itself is very tasty and the service is second to none. Will always stay here when on business in Linkoping. Love it!

Upplevelsen var överlag bra, men nĂ„gra saker drog ner betyget. Personalen i spaet och receptionen pĂ„ kvĂ€llen var exemplarisk. Bra pĂ„ service, trevliga och gav det lilla extra. Samma gĂ€ller vid frukosten, trevlig och snĂ€ll personal. Upplevelse incheckningen som lite kall. Fick inte det lila extra, snarare bare minimum. Vilket kanske I sig Ă€r ok, för alla andra gav det lilla extra och sĂ„ det kanske gjorde att jag förvĂ„nade mig mer. Samt att jag visade kvitto pĂ„ bokningen trots att jag redan betalt? Rummet var nĂ„gorlunda stĂ€dat. Ventilation synligt dammiga, nĂ„got klet pĂ„ vĂ€ggen i badrummet, men mycket var det inte. Det var smĂ„saker. Fick nergradera rummet frĂ„n deluxe för att fĂ„ ta med hunden men dĂ„ bjöd man pĂ„ extra hundtillĂ€gget istĂ€llet vilket var en rimlig kompromiss. Spaet var vĂ€ldigt trevligt. Litet, men mysigt. Dessutom bemannat hela tiden. Inte för mycket folk heller. Vi tog en sen spatid. VĂ€ldigt trevligt. En av de stora anledningarna att bo hĂ€r. TrĂ„kigt dock med parkering. Det stĂ„r pĂ„ hotels att den Ă€r gratis och nĂ€r jag bodde dĂ€r sist var det gratis. Men nu fick jag en överraskning och ingen direkt info om hur det fungerar vid incheckning men det löste sig. Överlag en trevlig vistelse, stort plus att fĂ„ ta med hunden. Fin inredning och mysig stĂ€mning. Bra rum. Duktig personal, bra lĂ€ge pĂ„ hotellet.

Parkering utanför hotellet tillsammans med mÄnga företag, numera mÄste du betala för parkeringen, dygnet runt.Förut var det gratis. Problemet var enligt hotellet att mÄnga icke hotellgÀster parkerade utanför och att parkeringsplatserna dÄ var för fÄ. Hotellet Àr bra med trevlig och hjÀlpsam personal.

Information om att SPA avdelningen och Restaurang/Bar var stĂ€ngd pga storhelg (midsommar) framgick inte tydligt just vid bokningstillfĂ€llet, vi fick reda pĂ„ det efter bokningen. Lite trĂ„kigt/synd att man dĂ„ inte istĂ€llet kan bjuda pĂ„ nĂ„gonting annat som en form av kompensation, exempelvis mjukglassen som de har pĂ„ ovanvĂ„ningen men som bara Ă€r för konferenser. Plus för att det fanns shuffleboard. Minus för ingen kyl/minibar pĂ„ rummet. Hade kanske förvĂ€ntat oss lite mer av ett Deluxe rum. Rummet var fock frĂ€scht/fint, men lite synd att man inte kan styra de elektriska solpersiennerna dĂ„ det var en hel del ljusinslĂ€pp (Obs. Midsommar). Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen! Frukosten helt godkĂ€nd men inget extra/utöver det vanliga (endast formfranska fick rostas 😞)
