We were greeted with welcoming staff who were very helpful throughout our stay. The place could not be faulted for its condition, it is clean and always well maintained. The minute you walk in you feel like you have stepped into another world. The food was great although only ate a couple of times at tbe restaurant. Really close to the airport and therefore served us well as we only had a short stay in Cairo this time. Shout out for Mr Reda from the restaurant for arranging a cake for a surprise birthday.

Everything about this hotel was amazing the look, cleanliness, employees, helpfulness, restaurants, and just the atmosphere and hospitality was second to none. This was one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at and I’ve been to a lot in multiple countries. This is a must stay if you visit Cairo. Words cannot explain it you just have to see for yourself.

This is the best hotel you will ever stay at! The staff is truly what makes this place amazing! I really enjoyed getting away and staying at the Waldorf Astoria Heliopolis in Cairo. I want to personally than Noon who works in the Rosetta Club for taking care of me everyday while I was getting a lot of work done. She is truly amazing at her job! Can’t wait to go back and stay again and see the amazing staff again!

Abanoub Samir best service ever

This was an extraordinary experience. The staff were all exceptional. Our bar tender and waiter on several evenings Abanoub Samir was excellent. Abanoub made our stay that much better. He went far and above his duties to take care of us and make us feel welcome and special. We already have plans to come again and stay at the Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis!!

Easy access by the airport and the facility is very nice as it is brand new - but staff and service leave much to be desired. Hotel arranged services cost over $80 to and from the airport (10 minute drive). After arriving at the airport we waited 30 minutes to check in. In the morning we were given incorrect information about breakfast times.

Everything was as expected and top notch, the reason for dropping 2 stars is the check out experience, the receptionist charged us 100 pound for a regular water bottle that was stored in the mini bar fridge, it was not listed on the menu that they charge for the same water we get in the room if it is stored in the fridge, he also claimed he does not have 7 pounds to give us the change back. I asked him regarding purchasing one of the feather pillows and he could not give a straight forward answer! Overall it just felt like classic cairo streets hassle experience. The rest of the stay and engagement with everyone else was excellent 👌 check in and housekeeping was outstanding The pool also was OOO, i understood it is winter, but we should at least be notified ahead of time the the pool won't be closed
