The property was in a good location for us as it was on the edge of the French Quarter and away from a lot of the action. It was next to a stop for the red streetcar which was very handy when it was working. Employees were very nice and accommodating. Property had garage parking which was great. We stayed here for the Super Bowl. Checked in on Saturday and left Tuesday. The location was absolutely amazing because it’s so close to everything. The French Quarter is so diverse and if you want to party on Bourbon it’s a short walk. This hotel is a great place to stay if you’re visiting New Orleans.

Very easy access to French Quarter and Frenchmen street. Third floor and never had noise issues. 2br unit gave us space but the sofa bed was like laying on springs. Only other complaint would be that it would have been nice to open the windows or at least the blinds more so.

Location is perfect. Just in the border of the french quarter, has the peace n quiet in the evening, close to frenchman avenue for unending jazz music, safe and colorful marigny neighborhood. The hotel itself is dated, worth the stay, average service. We love to walk and it was wonderful to also checkout marigny neighborhood.
