The resort is beautiful. The buildings; the gardens; the pools; the food - all spectacular. Very peaceful. Delicious food in all the restaurants!! World class buffet breakfast and dinners. The staff - some were excellent and some weren't very friendly. The gardeners, in particular, were so knowledgeable about the flowers and trees - we really enjoyed learning from them.

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. A special thank you to Edna, who was especially helpful during check-in. She made sure our family of four was assigned to rooms next to each other, which made things so much easier for us. She also kindly arranged a late check-out to accommodate our late flight—something we really appreciated. Overall, excellent service, clean rooms, and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!
