The staff was fantastic, helpful, ready to do anything that they could to make your stay better. This hotel is VERY quiet even though it has a view of all the trains going to and FRO. There are 100's of wonderful small owner owned restaurants a short walk. The breakfast was also very good with changes every day. GOOD hotel, Priced right, The best service because the staff CARES.

The property was within many shops and restaurants and also the main train station. The staff at check in was amazing, very friendly and helpful! The staff spoke a little English but Google translate was able to communicate what we needed. The rooms were very clean. The rooms were much smaller, compared to American hotels but much larger than some other Japanese hotel rooms. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we stay in Tokyo again and will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends!
