Bu puana nasıl ulaştıklarını anlayamadığım bir otel. Çalışanlar çok kibar olsa da sorun giderme konusunda yardımcı olduklarını söyleyemem. İş bitirici kimse yok. Tuvalette sifon çalışmıyordu, saç kurutma makinesi bozuktu, duş alırken su zaten Mardin de tüm otellerde olduğu gibi geç ısınıyor ama bir anda soğuk su akmaya başlıyordu. Odada telefonda yok ve koca otelde gece gece devamlı resepsiyona gitme şansımız yok tabiki. Üstüne birde gece bir anda elektrik gitti. Sabah çıkış yaparken sorduk meğer otelde gitmemiş odamızda şartel atmış. Sonuçta burası büyük bi işletme böyle şeyler nasıl yaşanabilir? Çok pahalı bir otel değil tabi ama sonuçta bazı temel kriterleri karşılamak gerekir. Ben ufak tefek şeyleri göz ardı edebilirim. İşletmede personellerden alabileceğim destekleri bilirim ancak burada böyle bir şey yok. Maalesef kötü bir deneyim. Yinede kibarlıkları için teşekkür ederim.

5 kişilik aile odası oldukça genişti. Fakat bu oda otelin ana binasından 3 dk yürüme mesafesi uzağındaki başka bir binada yer alıyordu. Mardin mimarisindeki bir taş ev odasıydı. Dolayısıyla yüksek tavanlı ve oda havalandırmasının çok iyi olmadığı söylenebilir. Fakat odadaki klima ve eski ahşap oda kapısıyla havalandırma sağlanabilir. İşlek bir yol kenarında olduğu için araba sesleri belirgin şekilde duyulabiliyor. Banyolar içerde ve havalandırma yeterli olmadığı için nem ve yer yer küf vardı. Kahvaltı fena değildi, açık büfe fakat çeşit azdı yorumlarıma katılıyorum. Biz bir gece konaklama için tercih ettik. Uzun konaklama için ideal olmayabilir.

Personel gayet lakayit, otel bakımsız ve pis di. Nevresimler havlular bildiğin kirliydi, neyseki yanımızda kendi nevresim ve havlumuzu götürmüştük. Otel mimari olarak tam bir eski kervansaray havasında, ancak; bakım, temizlik, personel ilgisi, servis vasatında altında idi. Otele gitmeden önce bizde benzer yorumlar okumuştuk, ama başka yer bulamadığımızdan mecbur bu otelde kalmak zorunda kaldık.
