This resort is typical for what you would expect from a 3 star average resort. Food options limited, same buffet every day, very limited room service food. Ive never stayed at an all inclusive where you can't order alcohol to your room. The entertainment crew lead gentlemen remembered our names and treated us extra special!! He was amazing! The other room servive and food staff weren't very flexible to order things differently than the menu specifically even though they had the items.

This is a beautiful property and if based just on rooms, facilities and staff it would be a 5. However, the food is hit and miss. The Italian restaurant is by far the best. The steakhouse and others are just ok. There are also not enough lunch options. It would be nice to have more than burgers and bad pizza by the pool.
