Lovely hotel for a quick overnight stop in Nepalgunj. Staff were incredibly helpful and went far and beyond to help us. It was festival and all restaurants closed. Brought chef in from home to make us supper!!

Hotel rooms are good but the services are horrible. Don't expect anything or anyone attending your concern not even room service calls. The good part is Foods are awesome(taste wise). Again services are very poor. Restaurant members are very friendly.

Op het eerste gezicht geweldige kamers, goed bed, schoon, mooie verlichting. Er is een lift en het personeel is vriendelijk. Jammer dat er nauwelijks water uit de douche kwam en dat de airco niet werkte. Er is een lift.
