We love the Green Bay!

We had an amazing stay at the Green Bay resort. The staff are all excellent and attentive, the food at the Gio restaurant is great and we ate there multiple times. The amenities at the beach like snorkelling and kayaking are super fun. Highly highly highly recommend, we will be back!

I enjoyed the private stay at Green Bay Resort. Private beach, pools, activities, spa & massage and room are in high standard and my family were able to enjoy without inconvenience. Can’t say enough good things about staying at Green Bay. It has a quiet, relaxed vibe while still offering plenty to do. The rooms are luxurious and clean but not pretentious. The staff are all friendly and don’t try to sell you extras. The food quality is high end at a reasonable price. It’s far from the airport so get the shuttle. Better value that other hotels in Phu Quoc. Highly recommended! We will be returning.

Absolutely superb!

Green Bay is absolutely fantastic. We had a beach front bungalow and it was even more beautiful than it looked in the pictures! The entire resort is immaculate. The spa treatments were superb. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made me feel really special on my birthday. The pools are both stunning and there are lots of activities like kayaking, ball games, snorkling etc. The food is great. The eco-friendly elements are amazing. The wildlife is gorgeous - birds, butterflies, geckos, crabs. If I had one negative it's that there's nothing to do after 10pm - but if you just want to relax in a stunning setting that is so much more than your average resort, this is the place to do it.

The seafront villa is clean and the location is good, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is delicious and changes every day, but dinner is a little lacking in salt and pepper. It's a bit far from the night market, so it's better to rent a scooter.

We stayed in an ocean facing villa with an infinity pool. It was larger than I expected and you could do laps in the pool, when I was expecting more of a plunge pool. Amazing views and so peaceful. You can borrow snorkelling gear and kayaks from the beach kiosk and they are good fun to use in the sheltered bay. We only ate at one of the two restaurants but the food choices there were delicious. We had the booking that included afternoon tea and airport transfers but on arrival we discovered it also included a bottle of wine, a free massage treatment at the spa each and laundry and mini bar. Contact with reception was via WhatsApp which was very efficient. Service as great. Staff were lovely. It was all really relaxing.

Heart of nature

What a beautiful resort in hart of nature. Because it is rain seoson now, some facilitoes are not running but it was enough to relax for few days. Steffs are friendly and responce immediatly with various channels. We ate almost every meal in the main restaurant and food was nice. You can meet some insects in your room or balconey, but remember that you are spending your special moment with true nature. Do not go anywhere to see sunset. Tiki bar, even it is shut down cause of to much rain, is a best plce to enjoy romantic sunset. Must recommend.

Positives: gracious welcoming staff. Manager Cindy made a special effort to connect with us several times over the course of our stay, lovely swimming pools, nice sandy beach, delicious food at the restaurants, we had an ocean-view villa with its own pool, an outdoor tub & an outdoor shower. Negatives: ants in our room and twice in our bed. Ugh! We mentioned it to the staff after our first night but still had ants up to the last of our 5 night stay. I was surprised that the manager did nothing more than apologize and thank us for being so nice about it. When you pay a lot for a room in a higher end resort, I would expect to have gotten a discount on my accommodation.

Quiet resort with clean beach since the staffs clean it every morning. It is a bit far from the central area and it is nearly impossible to book Grab from the resort. The resort does have free shuttle from/to the airport which you must notify them at least 48 hrs in advance. It also has free shuttle to the Duong Dong market but you have to book it at least 24 hrs in advance. The property is large and they closed down the restaurant near our room. The weather was very hot (38-40 C) when we were there so it was a task to walk to the restaurant at the other end of the resort for food. They do have small carts to drive us around if needed. The free breakfast was delicious and had plenty options for you to choose from, Western cuisine and Vietnamese cuisine. Their noodles never failed me. And they do try to change the menu a bit. However, you have to pay for lunch and dinner still and they are very expensive. We enjoy our stay at the resort but not sure if we will be back.
