自然豊かな場所にあり落ち着いた雰囲気の施設でゆっくりと過ごせました。スタッフさんの対応も良かったのですが、お部屋の飾り棚に埃があったのは残念な気持ちになりました。その他の清掃は問題ありませんでした。また、紅葉の時に訪れたいと思います。

本が沢山置いてあり、雰囲気が良く居心地も良かったです。夕飯は量もちょうど良く美味しかったです。お部屋からの景色もよく、室内着が作務衣なのも快適で良かったです。

子供が予約出来てなかったと言うトラブルがありましたが、柔軟に対応下さりました。こちらのミスを嫌な顔一つせずカバーして頂き感謝しかありません。雰囲気はもちろん、ごはんも地元の食材を生かした食事で美味しく、みなさん親切でとても楽しい時を過ごす事が出来ました。また訪れたい場所となりました。どうもありがとうございました。

初めて親湯さんにお邪魔しました。蓼科倶楽部のプランで小堀杏奴さんの部屋に案内していただき内装と調度品の豪華さに圧倒されました。スタッフの方もとても丁寧に対応していただきゆっくりすることができました。夕朝食ともに地元の素材を使ったお料理で美味しくいただきました。また、ぜひ利用したいと思います。
