What I didnt like was the fact expedia didnt explain that there was an additional fee to enter the water park. Imagine renting three rooms and having to pay $50 per person with a group of 12. You all need to put that on the site. The hotel was very accommodating but i was livid.

He was excellent with customer service went above and beyond that his way to make sure everything was right even though Expedia did not let us know that the tickets for the waterpark was not included.
