Great spot for a quick stay over in London. Walkable, safe, close to great coffee, food..and bus line easy to catch to go into other areas. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If you’re not accustomed to small spaces just go with it..the rooms are compact but that’s city life in Europe. I will be returning for sure.

Location, location, location. Hard to beat. Nice folks, little tiny kitchenette allows for you to have snacks and breakfast on hand. Small rooms for an American traveler. One elevator makes getting up and down seven floors time consuming, especially when the staff is cleaning.

The rooms are very compact and not suitable for over 60 demographics, as the bed is very high and you can not walk around the bed. The floor in the shower stall is very slippery.

Now this time I had a double studio not so good very small ... Kinda worn ...Airconditioning was good .. One light bulb was out.. The TV quit letting us cast ?The fan and light over the range didn't work... Won't return too small .......I think this group has better rooms at there other locations..

Apartments in an excellent location. Able to walk to most of London’s sights. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Staff very helpful. The only issue is the bed is in an alcove and you have to climb on to the bed from the end.

Location was outstanding! Just a few minutes walk to the Covent Gardens Market, a very festive area with many nice restaurants, pubs, upscale shops and entertainment. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and clean but rather small/tight for my wife and I. Also the room design wasn’t practical. For example the King bed was pushed against the far wall so that one of us had to crawl over the other to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night (actually 2 times/night for this 65 year old man). Also the bathroom was so small that there was no sink in it. The sink was outside the bathroom next to the bed. This would be a great setup for a single person but quite challenging for us.
