Wonderful service and breakfast. Room good but not aesthetically pleasing and tv very small. I was informed that water heater needed repair and was making a loud noise until shut off at 11pm. Hopefully, not a problem in the future.

We are not usually B and B folks, that said, this was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was a feast for the eyes and tastebuds. Sylvia cooked to order, so cheerful and friendly. Initially Tipperary was an in between stay but it turned out to be one of our favs.

Right in the action of Tipperary . Great friendly stay with Silvia, the family and great friendly staff making your stay in Tip the best experience .
