I love Virgin hotels and this one didn’t disappoint. I loved the gym, rooftop bar and breakfast area, downstairs bar with music. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great. They went above and beyond in service! Virgin way is always the best way. However, restaurant and rooftop were always booked with private events, I didn't get the chance to check them out. Guests should always have a chance to sit at the hotel facilities.

Lovely room and location. However there was an incident with our room within 30 minutes of us checking in where we were inside and staff unlocked the door and were about to come in until I shouted out. I was undressed at the time. It was an error on their part. After we complained they explained and apologised and gave us free drinks but it was a bit scary when it happened and we felt unsettled during our stay. Overall really nice room and great location but the staff didn’t feel as warm, friendly or with an overall good vibe, even at the bar on the ground floor, as other hotels nearby like Nobu and The Hoxton.
