The location is perfect, nestled among the locals away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist populated areas across the Arno River. Our two night stay at Horto Convento was very nice, from the friendly, helpful staff, to the comfortable bed, to the delicious breakfast. The property is located away from a busy street, in a lovely setting next to a church. If I had to note any issue at all, it would be the very narrow bathroom in our unit. There was a towel heater rack installed behind the door, so it could not be opened all the way, making it even more narrow. Not a big deal, just a design flaw. Overall, a very nice stay!

Hotel Horto Convento was absolutely outstanding. From the cordial staff to the immaculate facility. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the center yet close enough to walk there.
