the staffs are not so professional at services and seems like there are some errors on the booking systems, that is the staff & system problem but this hotel it self is very convenient as the location and breakfast~

The room was very clean and the hotel is right next to the train station--very convenient. Check in took too much time (my name was not easily found in their computer). Also, they were not very helpful about transportation to Komatsu airport.
