We were offered to pay to upgrade to the junior suite club floor. It was an excellent choice even it's a bit expensive. The staff in general were excellent and trying very hard to accommodate customers' needs and queries. Especially the staff in the club lounge, they are extra helpful for my needs.

We loved it!
The staff was so friendly and helpful. They were ready to serve with amazing kindness and speed. The food at the restaurants were top notch. We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few small issues. Our phone in the room had static. But they were quick to try to solve it. Also, our room smelled somewhat muggy when we turned the temperature up a few degrees. Overall, though, a wonderful experience!

The most pathetic hotel experience of mine in my life. Check in time is 3:00pm and I checked in at 9:00pm still the staff told me i have to wait for 15-20 minutes as my room in not ready and this is when i had booked a suite room.
