Lovely staff, handy to have the shuttle but the traffic is chaos at certain times of day. Had a very early start and the breakfast was welcomed and again very well staffed. The usual comfort level for Holiday Inns, always consistent in my experience. Staff here went above and beyond and the restaurant was also a good addition.
