We loved that our dog was welcomed and there were grassy areas to walk him. Happy hour had great wine selections and snacks. Breakfast was amazing, could not have asked for better, and it was free! We had connecting rooms, so we enjoyed having the suites for visiting. The staff were so pleasant and accomodating, and very efficient. We will definitely stay here again!

We arrived late — around 3 a.m. — and the front desk staff was friendly, informative, and made us feel so welcome despite the hour. The location is super convenient, right off the freeway, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely choose to stay at this location again!

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Seemed that several other guests were waiting in the lobby as well. Also only one staff member at the desk for check in so the wait to check in or check on room status was less than ideal. Our room was clean, but when we showered the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. Beds were very comfy, thermostat and shower were easy to use/adjust. Very thin walls, so if your neighbors are noisy like ours were you’ll hear how much *fun* they’re having.

Beautiful hotel, but…

Beautiful hotel! Everything was great except for the uncomfortable mattress and most of all, the fact that we could clearly hear inside our room the conversation of the people next door to us. And they were not yelling. It seemed like the sound was traveling through the A/C vent at the top of the wall in our room. Fortunately, they were not up all night.
