The Lensbury is a lovely place to stay away from the hustle of the city but only a short train journey to Waterloo.. this is our second visit and won’t be our last.. slight issue with lack of air con but when mentioned at reception an extra fan and water for the room was provided so really can’t complain. Rooms are lovely and clean and the added coffee machine is a lovely bonus

A timeless classic

It was a birthday celebration, and it was to be something special. We wanted somewhere that would be memorable to stay in and this hotel didn’t disappoint. A timeless hotel with a superb reputation, with service and amenities to match. You may want to go for a swim, you may want to play tennis, or you may wish to have a massage and relax in your room, you can do it all here. Certainly a hotel that prioritises guest comfort and good service over pretty much anything else. Also, a hotel that is proud of its reputation and lives up to it.

I dragged my bags through the hotel and accross the carpark only to find someone was already in my room. I called reception in the hope that someone would bring me a key to an empty room. Very comfortable stay at the Lensbury in a classic twin room. Comfortable bed, walkin shower, good air conditioning. Excellent breakfast with an amazing amount of choice. Only slight problem was parking was a challenge as the leisure centre/spa is rather busy with non resident members
