This was a little oasis of calm next to the touristy area of the Louvre. Great location - walkable to so many key sights. Nice breakfast. Hotel was always quiet. Great location and really nice/helpful staff. We had a nice big room, with good AC, a comfortable bed, nice bedding, and fantastic thick towels. Robes were provided. We faced the street but the windows provided good noise isolation. There is a great rooftop bar and we liked the art throughout the hotel. Only downsides were the weird glass sink/shower room. A curtain covered most of it. Fine for a single person or couple. Awkward if not. The rain shower wasn’t great and the handheld didn’t work. Also, occasionally there was an unpleasant smell (sewer gas, not uncommon in older urban buildings).

Restaurant available with breakfast convenient when we had early tours before the local bakeries were open. Very close to multiple metro/RER lines (<5min walk).
