When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay.

Paradise from hell

Horrible experience! Bugs infestation throughout the room. Hotel customer service is nonexistent. Staff was unwilling to solve the issue and we had to check out to find another hotel for accommodation.

Hotel com boa estrutura mas sem manutenções

O hotel em si é muito bom, bonito, com quarto muito amplo e bem projetado. Porém, o quarto em que fui alocado estava com a cortina faltando um pedaço, o que pela manhã deixava o sol forte batendo, a parede atrás da cama estava completamente mofada, acredito que teve algum vazamento, isso deixou o quarto com cheiro ruim, o ar condicionado não funcionava. Café da manhã bem completo e bem servido, hotel e quarto bem limpo. Utilizei o estacionamento e gostei.

Boa estadia porém evite a unidade 1001.

A estadia foi boa. Tivemos um problema ao chegar às 22h30 di dia 25/04. A unidade disponibilizada, 1001, tinha muitos problemas de infiltração na parede que faz divisa com o outro prédio e no teto também. Saímos para jantar e ao retornar, após meia-noite, a unidade não acendeu a luz, ficou sem energia. Felizmente fomos muito bem atendidos pelo sr. Alberto que verificou in loco o problema e nos remanejou para outra unidade. Acho que o hotel não deveria disponibiza a unidade 1001, ou outra que esteja em situação similar, aos hóspedes. Tirando essa situação, que foi contornada rapidamente, a estadia foi bem satisfatória.

A limpeza no banheiro pode melhorar, tem crostas de sujeira no azulejo e rejuntes sujos. O atendimento da recepção precisa passar por reciclagem, são antipáticos e quando solicitamos alguma informação dá a impressão que estamos pedindo favores. O rapaz que ajuda com as malas, de estatura alta, deve ser valorizado, o único da equipe com vontade em atender bem. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, quartos pequenos, mas aconchegantes e café da manhã excelente!
