Disappointing stay at the heart of JB. Shower head were mouldly at both rooms, and the toilets were dirty. Cleanliness standards seriously need improvement. Poor housekeeping. And the check-in was very late; the rooms were ready after 5:30pm or so.

The hotel lobby is located on 6th floor, a little bit inconvenient otherwise everything was perfect. Club lounge food selection was above expectation. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
