Fun time in The Finger Lakes Region

Very nice property, we had a great stay overall. We visited the area for the first time to see the Finger Lakes and all the wonderful waterfalls - surprise - the summer has been very dry so the waterfalls were water trickles - still wonderful sights - just disappointed a bit. The hotel / bed was a bit of an issue since the fitted sheet on our King size bed did not fit correctly and would slid off and bunch up during the night as you move - frustrating and hard to sleep.

A Great Stay at Tioga Downs Casino Resort/Just a Smile Away from Perfect: My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at Tioga Downs Casino Resort. The resort is clean, quiet, and comfortable, an ideal stop for travelers on a long drive looking for a peaceful place to rest. Although it’s set in a more remote area, the property is easy to access by car and feels well-maintained and thoughtfully organized. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, and the buffet stood out for its generous variety and great value for money. One small area for improvement could be the overall guest interaction. While the staff were generally helpful when approached, some appeared a bit reserved or distant, whether at the front desk, in the gaming area, or in the restaurant. A touch more warmth or friendliness, perhaps just a smile, would have made the experience even more welcoming and memorable.
