We recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience, with both highlights and areas for improvement.
The location is great, rooms are clean, and the infinity pool offers stunning sunset views. Happy hour by the pool after well-organized tours (via Ellen’s Tours) was a highlight. Food was consistently excellent.
This was our second Two Seasons stay, the first being Boracay, and this one didn’t quite measure up.
Some comfort issues: no cushions on restaurant or outdoor chairs, and sunbed sponges slide down. The restaurant playing a basketball channel felt odd for the setting. During low tide, a sea smell reaches the pool and dining areas—perhaps mist diffusers could help.
The pool glass facing the sea was dirty, which diminished the view. Our balcony was also dusty, likely due to its location above a busy street.
Service could improve: Room service initially refused an order 15 minutes before closing (with no warning), and reception, while polite, showed no urgency in addressing feedback. The shared airport transfer was poorly managed—we were picked up first but spent nearly an hour circling without updates.
Overall, we enjoyed the setting, food, and pool, but service and attention to detail need improvement to match the brand's higher standard.
