Everything about the hotel was amazing, the staff, the room, the food, all great. The hotel grouods are very clean and its a very interesting concept (Erlebnishof is an adventure farm hotel typical of Germany). Family friendly atmosphere with lots of activities for families and a great place for solo travellers.

Will be good in 1-2 years, until the avoid it. Restaurant is at tops mediocre, hotel is remote so your only option for food. Pool is super nice and looks good, in reality unusable - it was ~16 degrees beginning of July. All in all, it’s like living on a construction site that has high potential!

Once you figure out where the reception and your room are, it's a lovely setting. On a cherry farm, with a few cows very close. As it's family oriented, lots of kids related noise as can be expected. My studio was big, clean and well furnished, though lacking in storage space for your clothes.

Holpersteine, mit bravour gemeistert
Wir hatten ein wenig Pech. In unserem Zimmer mit Whirlpool ist die Heizung ausgefallen. Upgrade in ein Zimmer der nächsten höheren Stufe wurde uns sofort angeboten, damit wir nicht erfrieren, nur leider ohne Whirlpool. Reaktionszeit und Lösungsvorschlag Top. Im Restaurant, waren wegen verschiedensten Abendfeier Aushilfen am Werk, bei denen fehlte der Blick für den Kunden. Nach einer halben Stunde winken, weil wir nochmalig etwas trinken wollten, verlangten wir dann den Schichtverantwortlichen. Auch dieser hat Top reagiert, eine Entschuldigung ausgesprochen, sofort Getränk gebracht und die beiden Aushilfen geschult. Daher unterm Strich trotz Holpersteinen einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt, den wir gerne wiederholen:-).

Neues erst kürzlich fertiggestelltes Objekt, alles sehr ordentlich gemacht; freundlicher Empfang; Frühstück war ok aber mit 19,90 Euro für das Gebotene relativ teuer (z.B. fehlte Lachs o.ä.); im Wellness Bereich (Sauna) fehlt ein Tauchbecken; Frühstück und Wellness sollte als Komplettpreis optional angeboten werden

Schönes Hotel mit einem Negativpunkt
Sehr schönes und kinderfreundliches Hotel. Saubere Zimmer, tolle Spielmöglichkeiten für Kleinkinder. Personal grundsätzlich freundlich und hilfsbereit an Reception. Personal im Restaurant sehr jung, unerfahren, chaotisch, frech und nicht hilfsbereit! Dies zumindest das Erlebniss für 1 Abendessen und Frühstück. Individuen haben schlechte Tage aber ein ganzes Team das frech, demotiviert und null Service-Bewusstsein aufweist ist am falschen Ort tätig. Ich würde trotzdem zurück kommen und gehe davon aus, dass ich einfach Pech hatte.

Die Angaben bei Expedia sind irreführend. Man denkt, man bekommt ein super Angebot mit Wellnessbereich, in einem Kinder- und Haustierfreundlichen Hotel. Fakt ist, dass weder Frühstück noch Wellnessbereich noch Haustieren enthalten sind im Preis. D.h. man zahlt für alles extra. Wir hätten z.B. für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind nochmal EUR 50 aufzahlen müssen für den Wellnessbereich. Die Hunde muss man auch aufzahlen. Wirklich sauber war es auch nicht. In dem Spielzimmer war nur ein Hauffen großer Duplosteine, sonst nichts und die Aufschrift "Eltern haften für Ihre Kinder" verbarg einen Holz-Kasten, den man leicht öffnen konnte mit einem Holzriegel den man nur umlegen musste, Kabel und sonstige Haustechnik, an welche Kinder sicher nicht dran kommen sollten. Das "Restaurant" sieht eher aus wie eine Mensa als ein Restaurant. Keine einzige Person im Personal sprach als Muttersprache Deutsch. Die Kommunikation war erschwert, da ich oft Dinge wiederholen oder anders formulieren musste, bis ich verstanden wurde. Am Frühstücksbuffet funktionerte der Limospender nicht. Beim Kaffeeautomat konnte man zwar Kaokao rauslassen, raus kam aber nur Milchschaum. Erst nach Nachfragen fand ich den Kakao (an einem anderen Ort am Buffet einige Meter weg von der Kaffeemaschine, den man dann selber zugeben durfte. D.h. wer nicht fragt, bekommt nicht was er möchte. So ist es insgesamt. Der Auftritt ist irreführend. Die sehen uns sicher nicht wieder.

War in Ordnung
Hotel war ganz neu und schön gestaltet. Die Angestellten waren nett aber wtwas unbeholfen. Es war noch keine Struktur drinne. Beim Check-in standen viele Menschen an und es war nur ein Azubi dort, der sich nicht gut auskannte und schlecht Deutsch sprach. Das Abendessen Buffet ist ok, Frühstück auch. Die Zimmer waren gut Ausgestattet.

Der Service am Abend und am nächsten morgen wo kassierte war alles andere als motiviert und freundlich. Dies trübte dann auch die Bewertung. Er war sehr harsch. Man merkte nicht dass er Freude an seinem Job hat. Haben dies auch vor Ort mitgeteilt.
