Lots of great things to say, and a few minor disappointments. Breakfasts were great, including rellenos, burritos, and tamales. Housekeeping was wonderful, the rooms very comfortable and clean. The downside was the pool was on the cool side, the hot tub jets weren't working, the ice machine on our floor was broken, and the cable tv was not working the last day. Overall it was a good stay.

When we checked in, it was raining very hard and only 2 access doors were working. we got soaked getting to our room. Also your website said you were pet friendly, but I found nothing to indicate cost. We were very surprised to find it would cost another $70. I doubt we will be staying there on our return trip. Terrible place, employees seem like they just hate their job, constantly telling them thank you thank you and just get blown off, homeboy that works night needs a big attitude check, none of the doors close to my room worked so we had to walk all the damn way around! Didn’t even know where to go cause homeboy mumbled our directions then walked away! Ghetto area, WAY too much for area and what it is! Never again
