This is a very unique spot that has a lot of history. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in my bedroom but it did not seem to be in other parts of the shared spaces. The host was helpful, welcoming and flexible. A great place to stay!

Ideal for what I needed, a place to relax and sleep between hiking adventures. My room was spacious, washroom facilities were always clean and available, and the morning keurig coffee was really appreciated. It’s a great way to check out Maynooth & its hidden attractions.

The stay was good, the house was clean, with nice old fashioned features. Overall experience could be great only if there were no strong cigarette smoke in our room. The smell was in pillows and and linen and even my t-shirt I slept in had for prolong period of time. I dont' know why it was like that - either the guests before us were heavy smokers or some other reason, but this fact spoiled the whole experience.

The property is beautiful and the house itself incredibly homey and comfortable. The bed I stayed in was very nice and the room was spacious. The bathroom was clean and maintained well. Leah our host was funny, warm and kind. Thanks for having me, and enjoy the tequila I forgot in the fridge.
