New & comfortable small hotel.

A new hotel. Barely 8 months from day of opening. Very good hotel & quite close to food outlets & amenities. I was n the family room & very comfortable for 4 persons. Unfortunately no breakfast provided as cafe is yet to operate.

Decent hotel to stay in.

Located at Indera Mahkota and easily accessible from the main road leading to Kuantan. Adjacent to plenty of amenities i.e Family Mart is smack right in front of the Hotel with a walking distance to LOTUS, MCD, Pharmacy. Location is also ideal to those athletes who seldom have events at the Pahang sport zones. Hotel provides decent services for those looking for a short stay. Stayed in the family room which is a tad small but otherwise it serves the purpose. It has a small inhouse cafe which serves a good and decent nasi lemak, one can describe as being a comfort food for your early breakfast. The downside, hope that the management can look into the workability of the room doorbell which has been installed but was not really functioning. Other than the above, will still opt to choose this place if ever we were to come back to Kuantan for a trip

Room was paid and confirmed but when l arrived was told by the staff that was no more rooms available, and they will not confirm until 24 hours , l was taken by surprised , these has never happened. Didn’t know that expedia has this kind of ruling. Tried to get my refund from Expedia but there was no refund button which will appear , then l realized that my room was actually given away by the hotel . I had a long day travelling it was midnight and was fed up with the stupidity l had to deal with . Since they didn’t honour the agreement Online I just wanted my money back and find another place . Not wanting to refund me my money they offered me a room which smelled musky l refused, that’s not right thing to do. It was raining as l was about to drive off , the receptionist came and said they will give another room which is better since it’s not my fault. Glad they admitted it’s actually their fault, I decided to take the offer as we were so tired. The room was good except that it was not clean properly as there were few lizards dropping . Other than that it was fine
