Beautiful place!
Seanna, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The rooms were a bit tired and having no AC in the rooms at all is dated. The island regularly hits ~30C in the summer these days and with the recent fires keeping any windows open was not an option. With some work could be quite nice.
Alun, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Beautiful property but the rooms need a major upgrade. I had silverfish in my room, the fridge smelled terribly and the sink took forever to drain. Excellent location but they need to upgrade and maintain the living areas.

10/10 Excellent

Wonderful place to stay with so many options to relax and enjoy recreation. So many options to be active.
Laura, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This place has all you need, on top of being beautiful! On the contrary to other reviews, I think they communicate their facilities very clearly online. Service was also great from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the activity rentals. Pacific Shores has an absolutely beautiful sunset location too. The rooms are more on the dated side maybe but the theyre comfortable and efficient (we were in the suite so we loved the kitchen and washer/dryer!!). Our whale watching tour was also canceled due to winds so we were so thankful for the kayak rentals they do for free. We saw a couple of seals breaching out of the water and the view around the bay overall was so nice. Would love to visit again.
Hannah, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The pool, hot tub, beach access, staff were great. Our room was in need of a renovation, bathroom tiles had mold, the cabinet was warped from water damage and the lack of air conditioning made our stay not very enjoyable. We acrually left a day early.
Patrick, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Amazing beach and location
Mark, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Restaurant was great. Lovely beachside views. Great pool and beautiful hot tub. Room was clean and nice and front desk was helpful. Bed was springy and squeaky but bearable. Other than that wonderful stay
Sarah, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Would not recommended- not spa like at all. Very deceiving
Nathan, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The property is well kept. Nice trail along the water. Staff were very helpful, patient, knowledgeable.
Anne-Grete, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The great: location and amenities (e.g., pool, hot tubs, kayaking, etc.). The average: room was in rough shape, bed not comfortable. The poor: paper thin walls that you can hear "everything", and our luck a loud group of 6 was next to us (4 per room.... ya sure).
Shane, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The waterfront walk is awesome, you can borrow kayaks and paddle boards to explore more of the bay. The room was not clean, the floors were dirty, the bathroom mirror still had toothpaste splatter from the last guests, and there were mildew stains in the bathroom grout. The mattress was ok, but the bed frame was wobbly and hanging on by a thread. There is also no soundproofing between units so you'll hear everyone walking and talking in the units around yours.
Beautiful sunset from their waterfront
Splatter in her mirrors from previous guests.
Dust we had to sweep up ourselves
Dust and dirt ontop of headboard.
Jesse, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Beautiful grounds, but the rooms are a bit small and tired. Not big enough for a family as the pullout bed is awful so it really only sleeps 2 comfortably. The big downside to staying here in the summer is the fact that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. Overall this was a bit of a regretful booking. We like that it’s pet friendly.
Shannon, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

No AC, paper thin walls, bathroom smelled like mold.
Joe, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Check in was soo easy good value
Susan, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Rooms was decent, kitchen was under stocked to be useful. The cleanliness of the washroom was not very good. The toilet was a mess. No A/C so if it’s hot you feel it. Pool and grounds are very nice and the restaurant was good with a great patio facing the ocean. It’s nice to sit out on the lawn at night by the ocean
