Suggestions: please give out 2 hotel keys because key controls lights. Also, instructions in the room for how to use sauna we paid extra for would be helpful—we could never figure it out, even after asking. Overall, a wonderful stay!

What a hidden gem. Absolutely charming, extremely clean, I did arrive late at night and it was very easy to access my room after the reception was closed. The room had every amenity and it was absolutely lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely boutique hotel in Florence
Very elegant hotel in the Santa Croce neighborhood. Close to all of the attractions, but quiet at night. They have a valet if you’re bringing a car, you just need to inform them of your arrival time as there is no parking on the street. They serve breakfast in a cute little room, but you need to inform them the day before if you would like it as it’s continental only and brought in the day of. The furnishings are lovely, the bed comfortable and the staff very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

The cool quiet space was a wonderful reprieve from the heat and it is right in the heart of the old city so there is so much to see within steps of the front door.
