My stay was great the housekeeping was wonderful and helpful and all three front desk staff was wonderful they was very excellent and made me feel very comfortable and satisfied. That type of customer service. Will keep business coming you have very good team.

We would like to request a full refund for this hotel. We were not able to stay in the room due to the black mold and other issues with the room. The room was not fit to be used or rented. Not what they say it is.

The staff was rude when we checked in and when we tried to get sheets for the pull out couch. The mattress from the pullout was unusable, even though it was for the kids they couldn’t sleep on it because of the springs coming through. The coffee pot also had old coffee pod in it from whoever came before and no refills to make some. Overall the stay was okay, we were just lucky to already have a blowup mattress. The property and room were decently clean.
