The AC/heater wasn’t working. No air movement at all. They wouldn’t change me rooms, they didn’t even apologize or offer even a fan. We were hot and miserable. I could over look this but bc staff did not care one bit I’ll never stay again.

The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. There is a lot of construction in the area and it was hard to get to the hotel. The hotel is off the highway and felt very secluded. The outside of the hotel is not well lit. Careful going out at night to grab dinner.

Overall it was a good stay for our overnights visit. The remote control to the TV was broken and the front desk could not replace it but taped it together to be able to use. All the USB outlets did not work. They appeared broken. So charging my phone was impossible.

Well, 635/LBJ Freeway is under massive construction and that was a mess. Our room overlooked a business's loading dock and employee parking. Overpriced, but doable. Beds were good. Liked the lounge chair! Breakfast was okay. Would have liked bacon. The pancake maker was broken.

Clean place with security
First the cons - train tracks right behind the property with a very loud train in the middle of the night, the water pressure & hot water on the 3rd floor was pretty low, I requested both rooms on the same floor and was told that could not happen, the hallways and room smelled strongly of cleaners and the shower could have been cleaner. All pretty minor items overall. Now the positives - comfortable bed, good AC unit that did not cycle on and off all night and was very quite, rooms were spacious, public areas were clean, security was patrolling the parking lot regularly, nice size bathroom and staff was kind.
