It was a room with four beds — but honestly, there was barely any space to walk! 😅 No real room for luggage either. If you’re booking it as a family room, keep this in mind!

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and all the amenities you need. Good beeds, fine little onsen for a quiet time. Very well assorted breakfast buffet that even allowed two vegans to enjoy a full breakfast (just bring your own plant milk).

Fair stay

The condition of the hotel is fair. Very close to the local train station and Fuji highland. However the restaurant is not available for our stay. We pick this hotel because we thought we can get breakfast easily. It was disappointing.

The location is great for fujikyu highland and is not too bad of a walk to the lake area. The onsen has a beautiful view of Fuju-san and was best enjoyed in the morning. The onsen is large enough for possibly 12 adults at a time and can feel a little cramped when busy. The amenities they provide and the quality of the facility are great!

Relaxing Stay

I had a very relaxing stay at Fuji Onsen Resort and would definitely consider staying here again if I was in the area. The hotel is close to Fuji Q Highland bus and train station as well as walking distance from Kawaguchiko station which connects you to other parts of the area and beyond. I loved the onsen facilities at the hotel and thought the area was clean and well organised. Breakfast buffet was lovely and restaurant has great views of Mount Fuji.

Great view! Was great place to stay while visiting Kawaguchiko to see Mt Fuji. Close to train station and hence to nearby tourist spots. Public bath wasn't hot enough, but still warm and had the mountain view which was nice. Would love to stay again!
