Could be very nice with a little refresh.

This looked like a charming hotel, but never judge a book. The staff was very friendly, which was great because there is no elevator and being on a cross country drive, we had plenty to haul up stairs. Once in the room, the cabinet that housed the fridge was worn and the particle board was exposed and flaking. The office chair didn't look much better. Breakfast was ok, with the now standard fair of waffles, cereal, juice and the like. Over all, I'd say it was once a nice little inn, but it needs attention.

We complained and they gave us another room, which we found dirty in three areas, to which and they came and cleaned those areas after being notified.
