I did not know there was such a nice hotel in Tepoztlan near all the stores and the entrance to the archeological site. I got a good night's sleep and was relaxed and well-rested. I will definitely be returning here in the foreseeable future.

Todo muy bien solo un pequeño comentario es que el día que llegamos nos tocó en las habitaciones del piso inferior con salida inmediata al jardín lo cual en un principio lo vimos como un privilegio, pero al pasar de las horas notamos que había un olor bastante penetrante como aGAS al ir a reportarlo a la recepción no informaron que afortunadamente no era olor a GAS que habían colocado un químico para erradicar una plaga en el jardín, razón por la cual tuvimos que permanecer toda nuestra estancia con las ventanas del cuarto cerradas ya que el olor era muy fuerte y molesto con lo que se nos acumuló el calor dentro de la habitacion

Excelente hotel en todos los aspectos, esta cerca de todo, restaurants, centro de tepoz, el tepozteco, tiendas, etc El personal se esmera en el servicio, el restaurante, aseo de cuartos, recepción, etc Los cuartos amplios y cómodos Opcion muy recomendable Mi único comentario para la mejora, es que ya hay algunos muebles que vale la pena cambiar porque yabse notan deteriorados. Pero nada que impida disfrutar la estáncia.
