Its Family trip and all of us had an amazing time. We have wheel chair needs and the hotel and staffs are very accomidated. The hot spring was amazing with all snacks and little nic nac to eats. It was awsome experience. We would love to stay here next time visit and recommendate to others.

This is a nice hotel. A couple of things to be mindful of: this hotel is in traditional Japanese style, so you have to take your shoes off after reception and place it in designated lockers. No shoes or sandals in the common areas. Also, the beds are low to the ground (in traditional Japanese style). The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there were a couple things that we needed to adjust to.

We stayed here for two nights, attracted by its great location near Dotonbori and enticing extras like free ramen, Osaka-style breakfast with salmon and ikura, and complimentary ice cream. While it sounds impressive on paper, the actual experience was underwhelming. The hotel was overcrowded with tourists, cleanliness was subpar (we had to request a room change), and the tiny bathroom made it inconvenient—most guests, including families with children, seemed to rely on the onsen for bathing. Overall, unless you’re looking for a cheap backpacker-style stay, it’s hard to recommend beyond the surface-level perks.

The pictures and description of the room were not accurate. It says our room sleeps 4 people but it only has 2 twin beds. We are 2 adults and one child and had a difficult time trying to sleep comfortably. When we asked the front desk, they were unable to help as the hotel was full. We luckily were able to push the beds together but one of us had to sleep where the gap was. Not something I expect for amount we paid. We tried to find another hotel but no success. I can’t imagine how 4 adults can fit into 2 twin beds. The description was misleading and so as were the images of the beds.
