I like the property and the proximity to the beach and being able to walk the town streets. I found the service to be good for the most part and clean. The beach could stand to be cleaned better and the bar frequently ran out of everything. The food for the buffet was minimal and several evenings there was very little offered off the buffet "no meat fried on the side" and the menu of the buffet was food from lunch served at dinner and even on the buffet the next morning served again. Once an item was out they did not fill it up again so if you missed it before it was gone you did not have it.

The hotel was located close to town so that other restaurants were close. We ate all of our meals away from hotel. Even though this was an all inclusive, the food was terrible. The chef that made the fresh omlettes and some dinner mains was fine, but the buffet food was always cold. We tried to contact the hotel directly for 2 days before we left for Cuba and could not reach them. Expedia wasted a full day with us on the phone trying to reach the hotel as well with no luck. We were told when we arrived that their phone was broken. No apology. The rooms were ok but not well maintained. Toilet paper holder broken, mold in the shower grout. The only good thing about this property is the location and the beautiful beach it sits on.

Excellent Staff
The staff is very friendly and always willing to please. They are the saving grace of this hotel. The building itself is very rundown, which is the general condition of almost everything in Cuba, but most everything works. They should get some bug zappers for the flies, which are everywhere.

Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr sauber, Schimmel an den Waenden, kein warmes Wasser ueber den gesamten Zeitraum, das Restaurant wurde restauriert - Essbereich ueberdachte Terrasse, Kaffeeautomat und Toaster mehrmals kaputt. Essen und Getraenke gut und ausreichend, Strand wunderschoen.

Dieses Hotel ist das schlimmste, das ich je erlebt habe. Es war ein Albtraum, der bereits mit dem Eintreffen in das Hotel begann. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr unfreundlich und bestand darauf, die Hotelreservierung in ausgedruckter Form von uns zu erhalten (obwohl wir ihr erklärten, dass wir seit zwei Wochen unterwegs sind und die Unterkunft erst am selben Tag online gebucht haben.) Selbst nach dem Bekanntgeben unserer Buchungsnummer blieb Sie unhöflich wie eh und je, erst nachdem ihr Chef telefonisch das OK durchgab, ließ sie uns einchecken. Der nächste Horror ist das Zimmer: es ist von kleinen Insekten übersät und extrem unsauber. Bettlaken und Handtücher hatten diverse Farben. Toilette stank fürchterlich nach Abfluss, dieser Kanalgestank verpestete das ganze Zimmer. AC fiel bei bloßer Berührung aus den Angeln. Restaurant: sehr verschmierte, dreckige Teller beim Buffet, die man fast nicht in der Hand behalten konnte (beim Ansprechen des Personals darauf wurde gesagt, dass die Teller sauber seien.) Das Buffet erschien teilweise einem Schlachtfeld (vereinzelte Wurtstückchen am selben Teller wie die Kuchenecken). Verschimmeltes Toastbrot und Reis, in den alter steinharter Reis gemischt wurde.Gäste bekamen Wasser aus der Leitung serviert (Magen-Darm-Krankheiten) Nachtelange Animation und sehr hoher Lärmpegel Tag u Nacht. Das einzig schöne war der hauseigene Strand.

Meget skuffende Hotel men fantastisk strand
Det eneste gode ved det hotel var stranden. Den var antastisk. Men værelserne havde skimmelsvamp og det var ikke godt for luftvejene. Show hver aften der larmede en hel del. Personalerne var søde og hjælpsomme, men det var ikke nok. Der var også noget med liggestolene på stranden, som kunne være reserveret hele dagen uden der sad nogen i dem. Meget irriterende, når man gerne ville sidde i skyggen.

Club tropical
Club Tropical is close to the beach, close to coffebars and nowadays even restaurants at the main street. The food situation is a bit awkward in Cuba and also here. Meanwhile it is getting better everywhere else it is getting poorer here. In the reception we claimed about dirty table, floor, broken lamp dirty windows. Nothing was done. We will not come back here again.

Hôtel médiocre à éviter !
Hôtel très décevant. Vieillissant et peu entretenu. Infrastructures dépassées et qui tombent en ruine. Notre seul hôtel à Cuba et à regret ... nous étions bien plus confortables dans les casas particulières. Concernant la nourriture, elle était tout bonnement infecte et même immangeable que ce soit les buffets de déjeuners et de dîners ou le buffet du petit déjeuner. Aucun français digne de ce nom ne peut accepter de manger une telle nourriture. A éviter absolument ! La douche de la salle de bain ne s’écoulait pas, les chambres sont remplies de fourmis. Pas de ventilateur mais seulement une clim ancienne dont le bruit est epouventable ! Fuyez !

Necesita remodelación
El hotel necesita remodelación de las instalaciones y cambio en la lencería que está manchada del uso y da la sensación de sucio. La comida es un aspecto que deben de mejorar, sobre todo en cuanto a almuerzos y cenas; al final decidimos hacer las cenas en los restaurantes del entorno que son buenos y de calidad. Tienen pocas opciones de comer fuera de los horarios de desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Está bien ubicado si buscas playa y tranquilidad. La playa delante del hotel es bonita y tranquila. Personal atento. No esperes grandes expectativas.

hôtel très décevant
En arrivant au club, nous avions plus l'impression de les déranger. Le sourire d'accueil ne leur a pas fait mal. Les chambres sont vraiment d'un autre age ainsi que les équipements (clim, douches). Le ménage laisse a désirer. Peut être seul point positif, les repas qui n'étaient pas si mauvais et les serveurs avaient plus le sourire qu'a l'entrée. Nous avions plus envie de quitter le club pour la journée que d'y rester se prélasser au bord de la piscine. Nous avons vraiment été déçu par cet Hôtel Club, les photos sont bien trompeuses.
