Stayed here with my family in a family room bathroom was spotless and modern beds were comfortable and clean room could probably do with a bit of a freshen up but was absolutely fine for our needs. Give this hotel a wide berth

The room was shabby. The bathroom, especially the shower cubicle, which was beyond disgusting, was very poor. The basin tap was hanging off, the shower head was hanging off and it was like standing beneath a tap. The towels were tiny, thin and old. We were not allowed to have coffee cups and had to make do with paper cups, which were stained and looked used. The evening concierge was beyond rude. He was obnoxious, very unprofessional. We paid a lot of money for this trip, and it was ruined by this hotel and the appalling lack of respect shown by one of its front of house staff members. We witnessed another guest being poorly treated on our very first day, so it didn't really put us in a good frame of mind to be honest.
