The room with the outdoor onsen is at the lowest floor. Unfortunately the corridor is with the smell of mould and the smell is very serious within the room. Cockroaches were found and I did kill one at 4 am. I told the reception staff at check-out in the morning, appears that they did not show any care about this.

2回目の宿泊です。 ホテルの目の前から無料で24時間釣りができます。昼過ぎ、夜、朝と釣りをしましたが、それぞれで3匹程の釣果でした。前回は2時間程で10匹くらい釣れました。今回はスタッフさんが少なかったですが前回同様、とても親切でした。釣りやすい竿とそうではない竿とがあるので、釣れないときはスタッフさんに声をかけると良いと思います。 旅館はサウナ付きですが水風呂がないのが残念、、 夕食はビュッフェで、注文後に焼いてくれる淡路牛が美味しかったです。

景色がよく、ホテルの前で釣りができました。丁寧に教えてくださり、初めてでも釣り上げることができ、楽しめました。 ビュッフェの食事も夕食・朝食いろいろなものがあり、楽しく選んで、美味しくいただきました。 お部屋は古いですが、とてもきれいでした。 大浴場は脱衣場は清潔でしたが、大浴場の木のイスと桶は少しぬめっとしていたので、プラスチックでも良いのではないのかなと思いました。 風呂上がりに無料のドリンクがあり、淡路島牛乳を飲みました。とても美味しかったです。

サウナがあるのに水風呂がないのはあり得ないと思った。壁紙で「サウナと冷たいシャワーと外気浴で整いください」みたいなことを書いていたけど何もわかっていない。 あと、従業員が部屋の中に入ったら色々と説明してくれるが、慇懃無礼レベル。「いやそんなん見たらわかるわ」と思った。 ただその従業員の方はマニュアル通りなのかもしれないので悪くない。 外国人の従業員は皆さんとても優しく、ご対応は大変満足だった。 ただ、もう行くことはないと思う。
