All-round fantastic stay.
Had a great stay at the Altitude Tower. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating, beach is fantastic (just need to get there early to claim your spot). Booked the Balinese beds at the Beach and Moskito beach bar, real bliss. Came here for my wife’s birthday and we probably had 5 cakes and celebrations organised by the team without us even asking!

This hotel has one of the best views of Cancun at the room we stayed overlooking the ocean. We stayed here for two nights before going to another hotel but this one has better views by far. It’s about a 7 minute walk from the night clubs and Coco Bongo… the location of this place is perfect. Also, great people working at this place.

Great hotel, I loved my stay there. The staff was very professional and caring, always attending your needs. Great food, not much variety on the buffet but the food on the restaurants was awesome and delicious. Best beach and great view from my corner room. Very friendly personnel for the most part. Altitude tower was a great experience. My daughter loved the kids club! Only time when I felt neglected was restaurant O and sometimes at altitude breakfast lounge the servers did not seem to notice. Beach club was great and all the bars, also altitude lounge!! Rooms were very clean, however coffee and minbar was not filled Up daily. Thank you, hope to be back!

I was there for my birthday. The hotel looks great , I gave it four star because one chair in the room was super dirty beside that everything was good.The location is awesome. Very walkable. You’ll be in the middle of everything , the receptionist was very nice and helpful and bartender was on point they made the best cocktail in town by far .

The most important item, in my view, is the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The reception desk staff were polite and welcoming. We were assigned a personal concierge, Mr. Janer, who got in touch with us through WhatsApp messages. He made dinner reservations for us in one of the hotel's restaurants every night of our stay. The staff members helped us celebrate my daughter's birthday in a special way. The hotel is very clean. The beach is beautiful. I definitely recommend this place.

There is no "Altitude" - This is just Krystal Grand. One entrance, same staff, pools, restaurants, buffet and beach amenities. Look at the reviews for Krystal Grand and see what you're getting yourself into. The hotel is in terrible shape! Dirty, overrun, outdated, the food options are pure disgusting, and the beach / pool amenities are broken and not useable. The staff is very rude and careless. There is absolutely NOTHING that can justify a five star hotel (maybe back in the 70s when it was built, however, they failed to catch up with the times).
