A estadia no Hotel Paraiso nao foi boa. A cama era muito dura, parecia que era de cimento. Por ficarmos em um quarto no térreo, o mal cheiro estava forte. Nao pedi para trocar de quarto porque , estava muito cansado ja. E so queria dormir. A Infraestrutura do hotel , precisa de reparos urgentes. Como fomos em um dia de chuva, o corredor estava alagado. So uma coisa foi boa, o atendimento do pessoal. Isto , nao posso reclamar.

Os funcionários são muito gentis, a localização é boa, o café da manhã farto. mas a limpeza deixa a desejar... Não limparam o quarto nenhum dia! pedimos um pano p piso pq tava encharcado, o chuveiro tava entupido (pedi e eles limparam) a tv não funciona só 3 canais luta, esporte e filme (diz eles por conta da chuva)do mês passado...

Não foi muito boa, a falta de clareza nas informações do flat, fizeram com que tivéssemos que pagar 240,00 a mais na nossa estadia. Não houve limpeza nos quartos durante nossa estadia, nos mesmos que tivemos que trocar lixo e afins. Não teve troca de roupas de cama em 4 dias. Não gostamos.
