Creepy Crawlers

So my stay would’ve been much better if it were not for the fact that there were roaches in my room, some dying, dead others walking around and spiders. I realize that because of the design of the room the door opens directly to the outdoors, where all the critters are, but seems like there’s more that the hotel management could do to improve upon that situation. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I think it’s only fair so the other travelers can be aware because otherwise it’s a good place to stay.

Older property but easy access to our room which we were told was newly remodeled and was a smoking room. We informed the host that we didn't smoke and was told that even though it was a designated smoking room, no one had smoked in it since the remodel. The room had a very strong cigarette odor so be sure to only accept a non-smoking room if that is an issue.
